There's a new distro that's going to certify (Score 1)

When Guven Linux is (finally) released, we plan to use a hardware certification scheme. It won't cost anyone any money to register their hardware, so open hardware projects could even use it. Successful applicants will be able to display the appropriate logo on that particular model.
