this is very true... working in teams while in school is unfair to the better (not necessarily brighter) students. I remember many times completing entire projects on my own because my partners were too drunk or stoned to care. incompetence is still rampant in the workforce too, but bosses aren't going to fire you because your team is a bunch of closet-junkies; your professor probably will fail you...
