I would avoid describing nuclear power as carbon-free as this is factually inaccurate. There is no "carbon-.free" energy source. As soon as energy is extracted, collected, transformed or transported emissions will occur.

Side note : please avoid the term "zero-emissions vehicle" as this is inaccurate. Emissions might (significantly) be reduced if EV are powered by renewable energy sources (which are not totally carbon-free neither) but a "zero-emissions" vehicle does not exist.
