Comment Women in LOTR (Score 1) 622
All the neat, groovy, intelligent, powerful women in LOTR (well, ok, there aren't nearly enough of them, but there are at least a couple to choose from) and the only female character as a poll option is.... SHELOB? Let's review:
Galadriel: powerful, mysterious, beautiful Elf without whom Frodo and Sam would never have made it into Mordor alive, let alone out.
Eowyn: Strong warrior woman without whom the Nazgul would have scourged the land
Arwen: Beautiful Elf whom Aragorn risks life, limb, and future to be worthy of
Shelob: giant evil spider who eats people.
Um.... yeah. I've never complained about poll options before, but this one deserves mention, methinks.
