The articles here are pure flamebait meant to cause flamewars and bump up the post counts so they can get some traffic moving here again. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY likes Slack or thinks that it's a good idea. I work in HR at a tech firm, and even my entire department hates it. We have a high turnover rate, so anyone working here when the decision to use Slack initially happened doesn't work here anymore. Why are we still using it? It takes some effort to move to another platform. Le Sigh.
