$10 is acceptable to me, as long as I can get at least a few hours of enjoyment each month. Think about it, most people have no problem spending $10 for a 2-3 hour movie (not much replay value there), a couple of beers at their favorite pub (maybe an hour or two of replay), or an average quality meal at a mediocre resturant (could be several hours of "replay" there).
Then again, I'm still pissed off that I spent $50 on Doom 3 and have only gotten about 4 or 5 hours of frustration out of it. :/
