The Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) at Hefei, China has maintained a temperature of 100 million degrees for 17 minutes at the end of 2021. It had previously held 120 MK for 100s and 160 MK for 20s. The goal is to keep 100 million degrees for one week.
The purpose of the research at EAST is to support the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor(ITER) at Cadarache, France.

At a Canadian recycling firm hired by Apple to scrap 600000 Apple devices, 100000 of them were actually resold to other companies that made working devices from the parts.
Apple now sues the recycling company for the money made from the sale plus 31 million Canadian dollars. The recycling company claims that the devices were resold by three rogue employees that pocketed the profits.

Demand for notebooks with AMD Ryzen processors is far higher than supply.
Following a reddit post by a Schenker (German computer manufacturer) employee about Ryzen 4800H shortages, heise (heise is the publisher of some leading German computer magazines, such as c't and iX) Journalists investigated and found that the shortage apparently affects all Ryzen 4000 mobile APUs, and according to AMD is an industry-wide phenomen. Apparently, a large part of TSMC production capacity is needed for production of the APUs of future Playstation 5 und Xbox Series X, and cannot be used to compensate for increased Ryzen 4000 demand.
