Tinfoil Hats? (Score -1, Troll)

As impressive as you remark this telescope is, and the advances in optics you suggest, I wonder how long (or how long this technology has been hidden from us) before it will be used to track the movements of you, yes you, before your very eyes. I don't mean to sound like a conspiracy theorist, because that is far from what I am, however, you always have to remember that power in the hands of the unjust is unfortunately not a good kind of power, whereas as you point out in the hands of the just it can become a great tool for learning and advancement of all our race.
