It's all ok to say "I'll use tor/whatever", but what will you do when the national filter blocks everything except port 80?
On the flip side - is anything the national filter allows in legal by definition?

OOo3's new file locking does not work with OOo2, or with any other application.
This makes it a complete disaster for use in mixed environments; I am aware of at least two mid-size corporations who have at least delayed rolling out OOo3.
The OOo developer(s) have seen fit to bury their heads in the sand on the issue.
