It should be noted that even if you were transferring 100% of the time at 128kb/s you could only ever hit a theoretical maximum of 30Gig a month in traffic in each direction (up and down).
Which would mean to hit the 40Gig they claim in the article you would have to be uploading at least 10Gig which means you're running a server of some kind which is in violation of your Xtra (Telecom's internet provider company) contract.
The most interesting thing is how Telecom/Xtra's adverts have changed from "ADSL is a wonderfull way to transfer files and run a server at home" to "ADSL makes web browsing and email FAST!" and their policy is now that anything else is not internet or fair use.
