DVBviewer (https://www.dvbviewer.com) only runs on Windows. It's such essential software for me that I continue to keep a separate Windows machine just for that. If they ported it to Linux I would gladly get rid of my last Windows machine.

I don't have much sympathy for people who can't cope with adjusting their watches by one hour twice a year when many of us cross multiple time zones multiple times a year while traveling and don't complain about it.

Mailbox.org recently switched to Open-Xchange version 8 and it is a disaster. Version 7 is mature and stable and the user interface is tolerable. I advise Schleswig-Holstein to use Open-Xchange version 7 and NOT version 8.
