You can change how it updates and reboots, just look under windows update settings. And if you want more control, then use Pro version. If you are using home you have no ground to complain. Home is for 90% of the market who just want Windows to be updated. Pro is for Power Users.

.net is different than OS. If you rely on OS specific dll, the you have to test application. If you don't you are being lazy. .Net is installed separately, but since it runs side-by-side major updates do not affect old applications. But I'd still test web apps in .net due to updates made to edge could break apps.

If you didn't have backups of all your servers and have process in place to test upgrade before doing it in production you have nothing to complain about. Not having either puts the blame totally on you. As a business you also have control when updates are pushed to not only servers but also desktops.

The case had to do with stare officials limiting Churches to 10-25 people while letting other places be at 50% (bars, strip clubs, grocery stores, etc). That is why this case was ruled the way it was. You can't make more restrictive rule for churches or any other businesses. And most churches are following strict social distancing, mask wearing and cleaning before and after services. And I have not seen any proof that churches are a Hotspot for spreading Covid-19, just the liberals saying they are.

Right click on the application & if the application can be uninstalled there is an uninstall option. If it's a desktop application it will take you to the "control panel" like previous windows. If WinApp it will uninstall w/o going to "control panel". The anniversary issue has many improvements, so I suggest installing it as well. And unlike most people who have never used any version Windows 10 that complain just because it MS, I am on the insider program and have used each of the newer versions when released and made many suggestions that did get in final version. Complaining doesn't help anyone.
