Never say never, the security hole (no prompting, now patched?) in IE5 used by this worm will infect even if you don't run the attachment.. actually there IS no attachment. Viewing the e-mail is all you need to get stung.

Imagine what a variant of this worm could have done.. the author posted the virus directly to anti-virus vendors, so M$ found out about the security hole the easy way.
