Not a musk or anti musk question.
He has said though that space agencies both private and govt, keep the barrier too low. if spacex wanted to do this today, what kind of rover would they build. not starship. just a rover. Transportation already accounted for.
Again lets please avoid the pro musk and anti musk conversation.
