I looked at installing Skype for Business on my Android phone the other day.
It is not only your contacts that it wants to slurp up, it is also the applications that are running and more worryingly your browser history.
Have yet to think of a good reason why Skype would need that access.
I don't understand all the negativity.
The student will gain as they will have a degree and work experience without the burden of the student loan. The company will have motivated staff with the training and qualifications that they want. The country will have productive members of society with the skills that are required in the industry
