You've obviously never been in a starvation situation have you? Well for most of their lives, most of your ancestor were...this is why: being able to drink milk as opposed to dying is an advantage. If you could metabolise rocks it would be a good thing.. Are you lactose intolerent? Maybe you're afraid you've been left behind??
