> Thousands and thousands of vaccines have been given and a few people had adverse reactions which means we should stop using the vaccine.
> Which one are we using today?
A few things.
1. Tens of Millions of vaccines have been given out with a few people having adverse effects. The "adverse effect" rate is at least 3 orders of magnitude lower.
2. The vaccine's adverse effects are mild
3. Tens of Millions of vaccines have a positive effect on people's lives by reducing their infection rate, the severity of their infections, and ultimately allowing society to function normally again
4. The question was reviewing the source code. The equivalent "review" performed for vaccines consisted of testing on tens of thousands of individuals over the course of months.
It's a false equivalency. In a court of law you should be able to question your accuser.
