Requires an account just to use (Score 1)

Much is being made of the browser engine, which clearly isn't the point. There is value in an attempt to redefine the user experience of the web, and maybe Arc does that well. I'll never know, though, as being locked out of using a browser until a create an account with them is enough of an insult to instantly uninstall this trash.
