"Making it a reality" how exactly? I would bet that the Chinese have no reasonable or feasible plan for even getting people to the Moon let alone achieving all the grandiose projects they announce.
To paraphrase Aaron Cohen, who actually worked in the Apollo program in a leading role (command or service module?), when the USA tries to return to the Moon, they're going to find out how truly difficult it really was. This is the voice of experience with such a program. China is just full of feel-good announcements that ultimately mean nothing.
Hell, they haven't even produced or tested a sufficiently powerful or reliable booster *to get people to the Moon* nor have they even instigated such a program in any meaningful way. They also have an education system which is opposed to innovation, which is why they have to copy everything in order to have economic clout and a space program at all.
The worst kind of lie is one you tell yourself and that is what China is doing here, while expecting the rest of us to take them seriously. I would bet dollars to donuts that China, much like the Soviet Union, will never land a person on the Moon and I'll be surprised if the USA does it again in my estimated 40 years of remaining life. China is the USSR 2.0 with all the accompanying misery it produces for its subjects and the rest of the world.
