singularity's Journal: Schedule, cell phones, and IMSA students

I finally got around to updating my my online schedule.

I have been looking at new cell phones. The big requirement is inter-operability with my Sony Clie T665C. I found a cable to connect my SprintPCS Samsung SCH-3500 to the T665C, but I do not know if I want to put down $50 if I am going to get a new phone soon.

I would like to get the new Samsung A500, with Vision capability (2.5G), but the only cable for that is currently a USB cable. Apparently it is going to be rough, if not impossible, to make a cable specific to certain PDAs.

It would be nice if the A500 had an IR port, since then I could just use that and not have to buy a cord at all. I am hoping with Vision's advanced data capabilities that they will realize that is more important than the ability to download new ring options faster and, as a result, make PDA/laptop interoperability more important.

Because yet another IMSA student has spent the time to read your journal with the intentions of possibly making fun of it at a later date. I promise not to be that viscious though. And I'm sure it's not obvious which IMSA student this might be..8)
