We just have to go to our 'leaders' and pull their heads out of their asses, so they can make industrial entities build these facilities, not for fucking 'profit' but because we need it as a species. Did you really have to be in space to see that ? I had the same impression looking at paper atlas when I was 12. Not to mention google Earth. The real problem is we evolved socio-culturally at different speeds, so 3/4 or more of the population in 'less developed' countries don't see/get any of this. And 1/2 of the ones who see it are still entangled in parasitic military power displays and idiotic patriotic bs. Maybe we can still steer it in the right direction but it will be very very close to the edge of extinction or planet destruction unfortunately.
