Well. Post-quals, and luckily I don't have to go through it again. However, I will say that overall it was a rather unpleasant experience. The committee members didn't mean for it to be, but that's how it turned out. However, as they say, now all that's left is the dissertation.
Yesterday, I took my quals, sat around a bit with the geomorph bunch, went to Amoeba to get D-12 World, walked downtown with Loopy to see a non-existent Civil Engineering talk, then did the post-quals La Val's thing for about 2 hours. Feinberg thought it was funny that I listened to "I'm Gonna Get My Gun" while waiting for the verdict. Anyways, someone told me that she had nightmares the weekend AFTER hers, but I think that my blogging of bad dreams related to quals is finally over.
I'm not mad, just a little sad and tired, but ready to get back to things that I've been neglecting.

a couple months from now, this will all seem like a bad dream, part of which will seem like a good dream (passing), unless you dreamt that you passed in which case this would be a very bad dream, but this could only be if we were all part of the same dream (a butterfly's).
