I left them many years ago because:
-Form fields and labels were not consistent throughout their literature.
-Customer service experience held considerable 'vowel-trouble.'
-Overpriced initially as a registrar, and then of course, as a secure host.

Well the google ranking I experienced Monday must have been because of people anticipating the release of FF1.0. They didn't officiallly release until 1am Tuesday, but I was only an hour and 11 minutes ahead of that.

Interesting, while Googling for another topic I searched on the term "1/-" without the quotes, and FireFox came up as the first hit (mozilla.org). I searched again trying to find out who indeed was "#1" and lo and behold FireFox was on top again - they must really be the best browser after all.
