Whatever happened to the presumption of innocence? Policies like these presume the guilt of the consumer.
I don't believe they will ever fly as they are illogical and hopefully illegal. Just another attempt by those
charging too much for too little (under the guise of protecting "artists") to impede progress to protect their own
interests.
