Pair Programming rules because: 1) You can bill the customer twice as much for two people doing the same work. 2) You get your own human compiler that catches some of your dumb-ass errors before the compiler does (Oops, you misspelled "String" there spanky). 3) You make a new friend. Pair Programming can suck because: 1) If your partner rips one, it can stop work for both of you until it clears out.
