I agree, he conveniently kicks the bucket a few months before his sentencing. Seems pretty strange to me, but then again, he was under a lot of stress, and has been for a few years.
It appears that PL/I (and its dialects) is, or will be, the most widely used higher level language for systems programming. -- J. Sammet
