Comment Re:Recharcheable Alkaline (Score 1) 297

I currently use both the Eneloop and Pure Energy ones in my chargers. I've yet to have any problems with them. Whenever NCIX has them on sale I pick up some spares. Leaking is rarely an issue for them, or so has been my experience. Cheaper than pickin up non-rechargeable. To be fair, they aren't used continuously, aside from in the 360/wii controllers. I love 'em for remotes and my mouse, since those need recharging once in a blue moon. The Eneloop/Pure Energy ones are my fave, since they're often on sale for ~$5CAD for a 4 pack and last a long ass time. I don't care for the other non-rechargeable based on experience and price. YMMV and I may have been spoiled by online shopping :P

Denver Airport Overrun by Car-Eating Rabbits 278

It turns out the soy-based wire covering on cars built after 2002 is irresistible to rodents. Nobody knows this better than those unlucky enough to park at DIA's Pikes Peak lot. The rabbits surrounding the area have been using the lot as an all-you-can-eat wiring buffet. Looks like it's time to break out The Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch.
