Most or all of the people on /. would have to agree with this, at least on some level. I may not, myself, be an A-player but I know that working with them is an absolute pleasure. Worth far more than free lunches or pinball machines.In almost every organization there is a ton of work that doesn't fit into this category but still needs attention.
