Woohoo. First post. And it's on a nitpicky lit/math point, nice. The point of the '6x9=42' was, i thought, that the message (the Ultimate Question) had been 'garbled in transmission'by its passage through Arthur's DNA; thus, it was wrong. 6x7=42, after all.
