Why all of a sudden they whip some patents out, how long has the industry been using this technology? Patent or not, rambus is nuts to think they are going to get royalties.
I have yet to see any problem, however complicated, which, when you looked at it in the right way, did not become still more complicated. -- Poul Anderson
