I work professionally as a designer, and often I've a supervisor has commented about how the rights of the Handicapped are soon going to be affecting the web. I'm not sure in what capacity - it's rather impossible to create a Braille website, no? I personally can't wait to see a site such as Slashdot be forced to switch to a 32pt font in order to appease the Government's guidelines for aging.
