Try http://www.asynchrony.com I haven't joined yet, but it looks to be a really interesting thing, and you get to choose between Open Source and non-Open Source projects! The Open Source ones don't make you as much money, but they're Open Source, and that makes it cool....the non-Open Source ones make you more money, but...well...you get the point.
