Apple and google could/should be more restrictive in their App Stores when apps behave like this. Apple is always claiming to be all about privacy, they could end this quickly.
The perversity of nature is nowhere better demonstrated by the fact that, when exposed to the same atmosphere, bread becomes hard while crackers become soft.
