Wouldn't give much improvement. Yeah, some improvement, but a quad processor xeon would probably do the same. I can't imagine that Q3 is written in such a way to actually utilize them even if it wanted to... (I can't think of 1000 different ways to break Q3's gameplay to use the processors)
