No it is true, although with testing we are now more accurate. Early on the CDC said there was an 8:1 ratio of asymptomatic cases. It is still true because normal people do not get tested regularly. You probably had covid already. If you did not, you eventually will. So get vaccinated and move on.

Ah so you really believed that 3% of Floridians died of covid and never even questioned the number. And you also thought that 1% of Germans died of covid already. Florida has a significant population of old people and Americans suffer from obesity and other preconditions so Americans in general are going to die of virus infections at a higher rate than Germans. Currently Florida has the lowest covid case rate in the US. No masks. No mandates. The media is silent about it after screaming at the top their lungs at the covid case rate just a month before. Covid is political not medical.

Actually no. It is doubtful that masks do much against covid. If masks did much then the CDC would not have told us to stop wearing them after they mandates them. Either way I am not wearing a mask anyway. But you are free to do what you please.

Actually designing a proper study on mask effectiveness would be very difficult. You would need to do control groups. But science has been politicized thanks to the leftists so any studies are going to come to whatever conclusion they are paid to go to. Either way what is your solution? To wear masks forever? Covid is not going away after all. I mean I am not wearing a mask, but you are free to do what you please.

Sure there is. We live in a global society now. Covid is apparently much much more transmissible than the other viruses you mentioned and is mostly asymptomatic and very rarely kills the host. But that is science, and we stopped talon go about real science a long time ago. Chances are you already had covid and did not know it.

ICUs always run at high capacity of 80-90%. The fact that you keep repeating that statistic mean that you have swallowed the hype. Get vaccinated and move on. Or do not. I have.
