ECC is no longer a "business part". For example, HP ProLiant Microservers (Gen7 and Gen8) are often recommended for setting up a home NAS. They are small and relatively cheap computers (I got my Gen7 for about 180 USD ). See the specs (PDF).

In fact, the gravity field of monuments can be measured and its internal structure deduced from minor variations in that field. It was used for trying to deduce the internal sctructure of the Cheops pyramid.

Most airlines or railway companies I buy from (Spanish) still want to produce a pop-up or use Javascript for redirections, purchases... I always have to deactivate NoScript and have the website in the popup white list to make sure the boarding pass is produced.

I bet the website my guest would use is not in my whitelist, so he would be blocked.

I have a TP-Link MR3220 with openwrt. With wireless disconnected and external USB Flash plugged in, it draws 4 W (four watt). I installed openwrt in minutes, never had a problem. Very useful in my case for torrenting and having high ratio in private trackers.

Yes, I have seen it being used in Spain in similar situations. In the small village where my father was born there are a lot of flies in summertime; the local bar had a small plastic bag filled with water nailed over it. I asked my father about the bag, and he explained that it was to keep the flies away.

I also have no idea why it works... but I have seen it working.
