This proposal is bypassing Congress for funding by a radical group of parasites for a radical agenda that have lost on their merits. Seize the means and ignore Congress is truly dangerous. Steinbruner and his buddies should be defunded immediately.

Even if CAGW were real, the current "climate scientists" not only have not proven it, they are actually doing pretty good job of discrediting it both behaviorly and with poor quality papers. This a much bigger scam than Piltdown Man.
