Freebsd, netbsd, openbsd, linux.. nobody solely uses any single source of randomness, to do so is a bad thing. The only thing new here, with freebsd is the pluggable framework around it.

The deal is not health care reform, everyone knows this needs to happen.. The model that should of been followed is one that has worked, for the longest.. There is a place where mandatory health care was implemented in the 1800's and mandatory education in the 1500's... Note I didnt say health insurance..

There was something we called the scissors protocol, a long time ago.. It is guaranteed to be secure.. You cut all the cables going to a machine, and all the wires inside the machine with the scissors.. no chance of anybody doing anything with anything in that box without direct physical access, to remove components.
