Comment Democracy corrects itself. (Score 1) 279

I read a post from someone who said "Democracy will correct itself". Here's how I see that happening. AT&T (potentially) buys CNN. CNN provides a subsidiary website, AT&T News. AT&T decides you can get all your news from AT&T News, and you don't need Fox News, or Briebart. Fox News complains about Net Nuetrality, and thus the problem is solved. I really want to work on making this happen.

I somewhat doubt that there would be a reduction in the size of the Navy. Having nuclear capable submarines, and aircraft carries equippedwith F-35 stealth jets and B-61 bombs is also part of our tactical responses. An F-35 would get a nuclear bomb dropped far faster than an ICBM, and is potentially resistent to interception due to its stealthough coating. They would get there faster than a hypersonic missile. And to proactively the aircraft carriers, you will need destroyers and cruisers, capable of intercepting attack craft and providing superior radar. If your getting rid of the bases, the naval carriers are a must. The airforce would also not likely decrease in size, as both the F-22 and F-35 are nuclear capable, plus all the other devoted aircraft such as B-1s B-2s and B-52s. Then you'll need AWACs, and refueling craft so that the B-2s can fly from their hangars in the U.S. to their targets. All in all, having the bases makes more sense you you can refuel the aircraft and ships required to drop the nuclear bombs but to defend the bases, you need the army. So your back to square one.

Somebody needs to send Trump a copy of "On the Beach". Radiation sickness is not a pleasant way to go. You vomit and deficate like the flu. Just my 2 cents, but it says for the security of the state, not the country. The idea being to keep the federal government in check, not the protection of the country as a whole. While I agree that your idea would work, I don't think it fits with the 2nd amendments intended purpose.

Thank you for not bashing me. I agree that it is probably far fetched. But I don't think your comparison is fair. Imagine if a liberal russian site with an .ru domain was shut down and reappeared as .us. The difference is, I probably would recreate it as a .ru domain because the domain registars wouldn't be looking for it. Id also register it on a Russian registrat. But as a trump supporter, it's a very bad idea.

I don't necessarily think it was Russia. I think it is an interesting choice given events in the United States. You must admit it was a bad decision on their part for picking an .ru domain. Anyone who supports Trump should stay as far away from .ru domains as possible. That was more so my point. And come to think of it, if I were a Democrat, I'd create a bunch of fake news sites supporting Trump with .ru extensions. And then to troll Trump, when he claims that the .ru sites are fake news, I will report on the .ru sites that there are fake .ru websites in support of Trump. LOL, that's actually a really funny idea. I've got better things to do though. Further more, it is kind of odd they would have gone with an .ru extension, and not something like .info, .io, or something else not as incriminating as .ru. Still, for someone banned from the internet, an .ru domain might make sense. https://www.godaddy.com/domain... Perhaps we can find who dailystormer.ru was registered with, and figure out whether it was a first recommendation or whether it was actively sought out.

I think he does know better. And that's what scary. Consider that when he made the judgement about Clinton's email scandal, he did that because 1) Loretta Lynch asked him to use th term "matter" instead of investigation. 2) Loretto Lynch met with Bill Clinton on the Arizona Tarmac. 3) A Russian hacker had a fake email saying that Loretto Lynch was going to exonerate Clinton. For the above three reasons, he made an unprecedented step of making a judgement. He was wildly critisized for it, but when you know the facts, and then listen to his reasoning, it makes sense. He was trying to protect the America. Democracy. What scares me is that he is taking all of these strange actions now, but we don't know why he is doing it. His reasoning with the Clinton investigation was spot on. I bet his reasoning here is too. We just don't know why he is doing it and what he knows. It's really scary that he's trying to tell us something without telling us. But he wants us to find out.

Comment We are not a computer simulation - thought proof (Score 0) 1042

I have come up with a proof that we are actually livinig in reality.

1) The speed of light constant
2) Because the speed of light is constant, the world is continuous (otherwise the speed of light could not be constant due to rounding errors)
3) A continuous world is infinite (there are infinitely many positions in the world, such as X=1.123151251....... Y=3.532521.......... and the number is infinitely big. This must be the case because of item 2).
4) Computers can not process infinite number.

Therefore the universe we live in is real.
