This article is yet another example of american stupidity. This ruling comes as no surprise to me. The woman is stupid enough to waste 70k on gambling, she deserves to have to pay it off. That will teach her a lesson. But, the stupid judges feel that visa was to blame for allowing her to take out 70k? Visa is not to blame. Bad genes and lack of common sense are.
