Oracle code does (Score 1)

Some rag on Oracle, but over and over, I ran into code that is 10 years later (or more) it just works.
This is true of SQL and PL/SQL.
I work with an Oracle framework called APEX (or Application Express) and often applications from the 10 years ago just work, or can be upgraded and they just work.
