Yeah I do agree about the trademark violation being a huge problem at best but what's to stop them from taking some other domain without going through the legal process? What if someone decides to create "jeemail.com" or something like that and then they just up and take it? My understanding is that a judge is supposed to make the judgment, otherwise, what is the point of the law if corporate behemoths can just ignore it?
