To paraphrase the entire internet (Score -1)

"lol ps3 sux nintendo 4 lyfe" With that out of the way, would it be unreasonable to ask why it took this long for the PS3 to have a "hit" like this? They had such a strong showing pre-release. Did the games just not live up to the hype?(I do not have a PS3 nor have I played one, so I wouldn't know how the games actually are.)
