Hey, what if all these people and monsters acted like people do in real life? I decided that my campaign world would probably have a lot more sex, dope smoking and petty theft than cataclysmic battles between the forces of light and darkness. Two slight problems with the idea that Microsoft is entitled to the same due process as private citizens. One, Microsoft is a corporation, not a person, and as such is an artifact of some state granting it a charter. Two, there is no death penalty for corporations, even when they kill. They enjoy special priviledges (like corporate indemnification from liability for officers) so it is not necessarily unfair that they might face a different process.
