Everyone sleeps to their own tastes ... I can sleep with a little light, but my desktop {half way to file server but not there yet} with it's 8 fans {which I might add are a *LITTLE* noisy}. Everything has it's use. What you would call flickering "useless LED's" I call "data transfer", and if I don't see those light blicking at me, I get all tense and worried about things ....
