This might shock you but you have the option of investing a small amount, you dont have to invest your life savings. Pure lunacy would be losing your private keys because you dont know how to back things up. Pure lunacy would be assuming everyone makes that same mistake. Is your only criticism of crypto that it doesnt have "customer support"? Madness.

Yeah similar experience. I tried a number of searches looking for the opening ceremony. Missed the first half. Eventually I realised that a local news station (Channel 7 in Australia) had bought the rights. I dont have anything plugged into the radio socket in my apartment. So I realised I had to download the channel 7 app onto my chromecast. That sort of worked. I was bombarded with annoying ads. The app is buggy - when I click on certain events I want to watch, it shows me something else. Then another ad. Its almost unwatchable.
