I'd take them more seriously if they made it part of their Value Bundles for the ALA/SLA programs. Without that, it's just an added cost to an existing Netware environment.
It isn't easy being the parent of a six-year-old. However, it's a pretty small price to pay for having somebody around the house who understands computers.
