With the market what it is... finding a job at all can be pretty difficult. So, it's sort of one of those "beggars can't be choosers" things. One of the biggest things though is experience. You're almost going to have to get in somewhere at a lower rate of pay for a couple of years then look for promotion internally, or go looking for another opening at a higher rate of pay.
