"The software industry has pretty much decided what information patients should receive, and to my knowledge, they have not had any stakeholder input. That would certainly be a worthwhile project for our industry." I'm confused by this sentence. What is she trying to say? The Medical Industry doesn't give the billing programmers any requirements so they do whatever they want? And if the software industry has decided what info patients should receive then they don't really need stakeholder input, they are doing it.

I figure the standard legalese around this is anyone working for the lottery, and their families, can't play.
