rastamafoo's Journal: Day One Amongst the Wanga Pangy

Day one went rather unremarkably. Filmed a war dance in the village and dispatched those snaps to the museum. Splendid shots of wanga pangy tribes people in characteristic battle dress. The men wear a zoot suit made of zebra skins and appliqued monkey paws. The women wear a toga of bubblewrap and have what may only be described as Wilma Flintstone hairstyles with a chicken bone or beef rib bone at the top. Hopefully friendly I offered them our home address although most wanga members rarely stray from familiar turf. Perhaps this was a mistake as I forgot to turn the comment recorder off back at the hut.
